2023年9月18日，我公司技術(shù)服務(wù)團隊深入廣西武宣時產(chǎn)350噸石灰石骨料項目現(xiàn)場，對已連續(xù)運行十年的HPC220多缸液壓圓錐破進(jìn)行專項回訪。該項目依托武宣縣更好灰?guī)r資源，采用"顎破+圓錐破"兩級破碎工藝，成品骨料同時供應(yīng)自建攪拌站及周邊基建市場。
攻堅克難的十年見證
2014年投產(chǎn)的HPC220設(shè)備，累計處理石灰石超2000萬噸，至今仍保持設(shè)計產(chǎn)能。其表現(xiàn)得益于三大核心優(yōu)勢：
層壓破碎技術(shù)：通過優(yōu)化腔型設(shè)計，成品立方體占比提升15%，針片狀顆粒顯著減少；
